چکیده
Whole-spacecraft launch-vibration isolation systems are attractive for achieving the goal of better, faster, cheaper, and lighter small satellites by reducing design-load vibration-test specifications on-board components. In this study, a three-axis passive system, based on superelastic shape memory alloy (SMA) technology, was developed to significantly attenuate dynamic launch loads transmitted satellite. This provides superior damping characteristic, achieved SMA blades stiffened multilayered thin plates with viscous lamina adhesive layers acrylic tape. The basic characteristics proposed system various numbers viscoelastic multilayers were obtained through static load test. addition, effectiveness design validated environment simulating sine random vibration tests.

Viscous damping identification in linear vibration
Parametric identification of viscous damping models in the context of linear vibration theory is studied. Frequency domain identification methods based on measured frequency response functions (FRFs) are considered. Existing methods are classified into two main groups: matrix methods which use directly the measured FRF matrix, and modal methods which use modal parameters deduced from the FRFs. ...

A vibration isolation module with zero-power magnetic suspension is developed to retrofit a passive vibration isolation system to improve the performance against direct disturbance. In the module, the zero-power magnetic suspension mechanism is connected in series with a normal spring through a middle mass. This structure can generate zero compliance to direct disturbance while the transmitted ...
متن کاملVibration Damping of High-Chromium Ferromagnetic Steel
The aim of the present work is to study the effect of annealing on the vibration damping capacity of high-chromium (16%) ferromagnetic steel. The alloys were prepared from raw materials of 99.9% purity melted in a high frequency induction furnace under high vacuum. The samples were heat-treated in vacuum at various temperatures (800 to 1200oC) for 1 hour followed by slow cooling (120oC/h). The ...
